A Revolutionary New FDA Approved Prescription Treatment
Now you can grow longer, fuller darker eyelashes with the first and only FDA approved treatment for eyelash growth. Developed to treat inadequate or insufficient eyelashes, LATISSE® solution is a once-a-day treatment you apply with an applicator brush just like your eyeliner. Available by prescription only, LATISSE® has been proven safe and effective for growing eyelashes with visible results as early as 4 weeks.
Every year, women spend money and hours of time to achieve thicker, longer and more beautiful lashes. Until today, they had to rely on mascara, fake eyelashes and curlers to achieve their goal. Yet, in most instances, daily use of mascara or improper usage of eyelash curlers can cause the opposite effect, resulting in eyelashes that are dry and brittle or fall out.
What is LATISSE®?
As the only FDA-approved drug proven to encourage eyelash growth, LATISSE® has been proven as a safe and effective treatment for hypotrichosis. Eyelash hypotrichosis is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes. LATISSE® solution is a prescription that is used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker, and darker.
How does LATISSE® work?
LATISSE® is believed to affect the growth (anagen) phase of the eyelash hair cycle in 2 ways: first, it increases the length of this phase; and second, it increases the number of hairs in this growth phase. The exact way it works is unknown.
How soon will I see results?
The onset of effect with LATISSE® solution is gradual. In clinical trial, the majority of LATISSE® users saw a significant improvement by 2 months.
How is LATISSE® different?
Only LATISSE® has been approved by the FDA as a prescription treatment for hypotrichosis used to grow eyelashes. It also has been studied in clinical trial to demonstrate its safety and effectiveness.
